Weekly Message #5-15

images-4I had an exciting weekend shopping for my new car!  It should be here in about a week – a beautiful royal blue Hyundai Veloster.  I’ve had my eye on this car for the past couple of years and will be passing my Saturn ION on to Adam now that he has his “N”.  Keep your eyes peeled for my new ride in the parking lot.

It’s Hot Chocolate Week and the Student Council and I will be doing our best to deliver accurate and good quality items to your classrooms.  Hopefully it will run like clockwork.

I hope that many of you have had the chance to sign up for the Power Hour with Pearl Chow and Jen this Wednesday.  Students will be well entertained by Eric Laroque who will be performing folk music in the gym.  If you are not participating in the power hour, please accompany your class to the gym for the performance.

Division 3 will be running the assembly this Thursday.  We will have Constable Michael Bal, our new school liaison officer, as a special guest.  In addition, we will be reviewing our new recycling program.

I am sponsoring an administrators’ study group on Kindness in the library after school (3:30 – 5:00) this Tuesday – sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
